Focusing on tenant and landlord representation, Andrew recently relocated to Denver from New York City where he spent 12 years working his way up inside of some of New York's most prominent commercial real estate brokerages.
Spending the past five years with RIPCO Real Estate, Andrew focused exclusively on retail leasing in the outer-boroughs of NYC. He ran a team of fifteen brokers and spearheaded the marketing efforts for hundreds of retail listings. Throughout his career, he has closed retail leases totaling around two million square feet. His experience has given him a well-balanced understanding of both tenants' and landlords' needs in the markets that he serves. He has developed an extensive client list of active local, regional, and national tenants, while serving his landlord clients with an understanding of the challenges owners encounter as they structure leases with potential tenants.
Andrew’s decision to move to Denver centered around a desire for a lifestyle change distinctive from the fast pace of New York City, where he spent that past 12 years. It is not surprising that Denver was a draw for Andrew as the city has been ranked in the Top Five Best Places for Business and Career in the U.S. by Forbes, and downtown Denver has seen a 103% increase in high-tech employment growth since 2010, according to the Downtown Denver Partnership.
